It is an industry hidden in an industrial area that sells to public at the same place of bars making UNFAIR competition. Very strict production: not even vegan or carbon or salty “cornetto” brioche. No bar, no coffe, nothing together with the brioches.
Staff people are not understanding and care only about making profit on 1 single piece.
It is the first time I give only 1 star to someone. Conclusion: Poor place.
We went for breakfast with friends and we loved the place, the food and the service. We have enjoyed breakfast.

Bar, pastry shop and savory. Attached to the Parma motorway toll booth, it offers a service from early in the morning to 5.30am. The place is very modern and well furnished. The pastry counter is gigantic and full of many varieties of very well-puffed and delicious croissants. Cream, chocolate, pistachio, Danishes with fruit or raisins, eggnog cannons. Delicious and super creamy cappuccino. The savory restaurant offers ham croissants, sandwiches and scones. There is also a bread corner.
On the right there is a separate counter with the small pastry shop which looks really good. I haven't tried it but it's really beautiful and well looked after.
Prices are slightly higher than a classic bar. For around €4 you can have breakfast with a croissant and cappuccino served at the table. €3.50 at the counter
Had breakfast today for the first time. Welcoming and clean environment. Very kind staff. Beautiful looking pastry even though I haven't tasted it. Good brioche, coffee too. I'll be back
Clean and pleasant place. It feels like entering the Cartier with pastries displayed in a truly inviting way. In reality the prices are average, I tried a brioches and a cannoncino with a somewhat anonymous flavor, they didn't capture me! Very friendly staff, excellent service.
ZERO hospitality.
I arrive for a quick breakfast having to take the motorway. I CAN'T FIND ANYONE AT THE COUNTER.
All the people are sitting at the tables. They tell me that I MUST sit at the table and wait my turn.....I ask them the courtesy of granting me a croissant and a coffee having to face a long journey for work but I am DENIED. Conclusions: Beyond their own rule, the organization is pitiful. The reception is zero. Thanks to the availability.....
